What gets removed: Word: Accepts all tracked changes (insertions), permanently removes deleted text, deletes comments, and resets document properties (Author, Last Modified By). Spreadsheets: Removes cell comments and scrubs summary information including Author, Company, and Manager fields. PDFs: Wipes standard document metadata (Title, Author, Keywords) and removes all annotations, highlights, and sticky notes.
